Three Monegasque athletes compete at the Beijing Winter Olympic Games
On Tuesday at the Monaco Yacht Club, H.S.H. Prince Albert II, President of the Monegasque Olympic Committee, presented the athletes who will be defending the Principality’s colours at the 24th Winter Olympic Games in Beijing (4-20 February).
6th IOC World Conference on Prevention of Injury & Illness in Sport
Postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the 6th IOC World Conference on Prevention of Injury & Illness in Sport will be held in Monaco from 25th to 27th November with the support of the COM (Monegasque Olympic Committee). Close to 1,100 participants (from over 80 countries) are expected at the Grimaldi Forum. Experts, top scientists and practitioners from the world of medicine and sports will be sharing their latest discoveries by means of plenary conferences, symposiums, workshops and discussions. The aim is to put academic knowledge into practice in order to maximise participation in safe sport.
The Monegasques hard at work in Tokyo
19/07/2021 : Having settled in at the Olympic Village, the first “red and white” athletes have started training in the Japanese capital just a few days before the Games get under way.
Six Monegasque athletes will be taking part in the Summer Olympic Games in Tokyo.
H.S.H. Prince Albert II has presented the athletes who will be defending the colours of the Principality at the XXXII Olympiad.
