Established in 1993, the purpose of this federation is :

to govern rowing as a sport in the Principality of Monaco and represent it, both with Monegasque public and sports authorities and international federations ;

to develop a taste for rowing and the activities connected to it ;

to establish regulations concerning the said activity, to co-ordinate and to direct the activity of its members.
