Established in 1985, the purpose of this federation is :

to represent Monegasque cycling sport within the International Cycling Union, as well as at various official international competitions ;

to govern cycling as a sport on Monegasque territory, to regroup, steer and co-ordinate activities by sports groups practising cycling ;
-
to organise international competitions in accordance with the regulations instituted by the International Cycling Union ;
-
to develop cycling in all its forms through all types of advertising and any action deemed necessary.
